We offer 2 methods to shop and order on our shopping site... 1) member (username and password) or 2) anonymous (no username and password). Both methods ask for ONLY the essential information needed to process your order, and both methods are handled in the same secure manner.

If you choose to checkout anonymously, you will not be required to register a username and password. However, you WILL NOT be able to use our site to check your order status, order history, etc.

If you choose to become a member and register a username and password, you WILL be able to use our site to check your order status, order history, etc. Your email address will be used for your username, but you will not be added to any additional email or postal mail lists by becoming a member, unless you decide otherwise.

Any personal information you provide to us is kept completely confidential. Your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information is NEVER, and will NEVER be, distributed for any reason to anyone other than the necessary W.W. personnel needed to process your order.

When you submit any personal information to W.W., it is processed in the most secure way possible, using the latest security and encryption techniques. Our shopping site is certified secure with an up-to-date SSL certificate, and it is virtually impossible for any person other than necessary W.W. personnel to view such information. Payment and payment info is securely handled via Stripe's payment gateway.

You will never be added to any mailing list, email list, or marketing list unless you decide otherwise.

You can make purchases using your credit/debit card, or by phone if you are uncomfortable making purchases online (simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and choose Option 2 : Phone during checkout... we will then contact you at your convenience for payment information).

Shipping ::

Shipping for gift cards will be via USPS, and sent out the same business day if ordered by 1pm. (Next business day if after 1pm.) If your gift card needs are more urgent, just give us a call at 616.669.0134 and we'll help you out.
