A simple description of our current return policy ::
Plants : must have your receipt, plant must be in same condition as when purchased, no returns after 10 days from purchase, in-store credit/exchange only. Those are the basics. We'll do our best to help you out with any problem you have, just ask! But we cannot be held responsible for over-wintering, customer neglect, frost damage, lack of water or too much water, etc.
Non-plant items : just bring in your item with your receipt in the same condition as when purchased, and we'll help you out with a replacement item or credit.
